What does the Group Coaching experience include?

The Group Coaching experience includes:

• Three sixty-minute scheduled telephone sessions per month (9 full-hour coaching sessions over three months).
• Unlimited email support on an ongoing basis Monday-Friday. Response time within 24 hours. This helps you receive ongoing feedback, support, advice, direction, resources, and perspective throughout the week.
• Between phone calls, the group emails each other for insights, updates, questions, challenges and support. You gain feedback from all supportive individuals involved in the group.
• Buddy support system in which two people provide each other with email and phone support throughout the entire group coaching process.
• Just-in-time support via the telephone Monday-Friday for any time-sensitive professional issues that might need to be discussed.
• A safe and confidential relationship.
• Access to all of Joel's programs, resources, articles, and content to facilitate professional and personal development.

What is a group coaching teleconference?

A group coaching teleconference is a conference call with fellow participants from many different locations participating in the Finding Your Dream Job group coaching.

From anywhere with telephone access, you can participate in these classes. Simply place a phone call to a specific number at a given time and you'll be connected to a virtual classroom of fellow participants (your long distance carrier will charge you for the call).

Space in each group is limited to 10 participants. Each coaching session begins at 5:00pm PST and lasts for one hour.
