Dream Job Coaching Website Doubles as Career Toolbox
After days upon weeks upon months of tirelessly gathering the most up-to-date, effective information to help you at whatever stage you're at in your career, my staff and I have re-launched the Dream Job Coach website. We're very pleased with the full content of the site on every level. But more importantly, we hope you like what you find, and would be delighted to get your feedback. If you're ready to hit the job market, you'll be properly armed with my Resource Center http://www.dreamjobcoach.com/resource-center.html.
"Any job is easier if you have the right tool," a handyman once told me. To find this information all in one place would normally be astronomically priced. Through interrogating many human resources departments and scouring the internet, I'm able to offer you this information on my site FREE.
There are always times when we need inspiration more than others. I try to nourish myself with positive nutrition for the brain. Just as your body needs things that are good for it, so does the brain. Negativity is contagious. Fortunately, so is optimism. For years I've written down what inspires me, as well as my own observations. I share a lot of my insights in my articles.
While it's fantastic to finally have this information available in one place, it is still best utilized in combination with my coaching. Of course, my own dream job is coaching. I've been fortunate enough to find it in time to enjoy many years of fulfillment in my career choice. I'd like to help you do that, too. Find out what's involved in Coaching and how I can work with you in your career choice. http://dreamjobcoach.com/coaching-overview.html
My clients, who have gone through magnificent transformations in their careers, say it better than I in my Client Testimonials pages. http://dreamjobcoach.com/testimonials.html They are living examples of how well I do what I do. I helped one woman negotiate for a $24,000 raise! Another client said, "Joel has a unique ability to find the positive in almost any situation, to refocus and to inspire people to reach within themselves to achieve their goals."

Tip of the Week
To maintain and improve your current job, you must make an effort. You must be reviewing the situation and your attitude towards it on a regular basis and focus on doing the work necessary to make your current job your dream job. Weekly, monthly and even yearly, you need to assess, make changes and maintain your focus. Feeling more in control and actually being more in control of your professional life will greatly reduce your stress and increase your self-esteem, feelings of accomplishment and general well-being. Once each year, perhaps at the beginning or end of the year, work on consciously improving your professional life.

Launched in November 1995 by Alan Webber and Bill Taylor, The magazine was founded on a single premise: a global revolution was changing business, and business was changing the world. Discarding the old rules of business, Fast Company set to chronicle how changing companies create and compete, to highlight new business practices, and to showcase the teams and individuals who are inventing the future and reinventing business. http://www.fastcompany.com
