MESSAGE FROM JOEL

Can you believe that 20% of 2006 is already behind us? That means we have only 80% of the year left to do, have, and be all we hoped for this year.

What goals did you intend to focus on in 2006 that have been totally neglected so far? What changes did you want in your professional life that haven’t made it to your top-priority list during the first fifth of the year?

Now, with 20% of the year already gone, it’s time to re-focus on what you want for the rest of the year. What do you want to achieve before 2006 comes to a close? What is most important to you and how can you arrange your life so that you can accomplish it all? Do you want a promotion? Do you want to take on greater leadership at work? Do you want to create more advocates to support your career?

The time to claim the last 80% of the year and turn it into all the success you imagine and deserve is right now.

Have a goal-oriented week,

FULFILLMENT TIPS

1) Get in touch with your interests.
Where your interests lie is where you'll find fulfillment in work. What is an interest? It'something that pulls you and draws you in the direction that will lead to insights that will create fulfillment in your work.

2) Find things you are curious about.
Make sure you include more of the things in your life that you are curious about and want to know more about. Satisfying your curiosity in work or daily life will automatically bring you greater fulfillment.

3) Take on new experiences.
Try to do things that are new to you or, at least, things that are somewhat unfamiliar. This will keep you open-minded, fresh, and awake.

4) Stay open to all possibilities.
Everything happens for a reason. You don’t know in this exact moment why something happens. So, stay open and willing.

5) Find like-minded people who can offer inspiration, support, and ideas.
These individuals will help you become more of who you most want to be.
